Welcome! At this time we are shipping only within the United States. We are working on Global Shipping - please check back again soon. We provide free USPS standard shipping on all orders $55 USD or more, which includes tracking and insurance. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout through USPS. Shipping overages are also refunded to your account within 24 hours of shipping , if the shipping has been calculated incorrectly.

PROCESSING
We process your order ASAP and on average between 1-4 business days. Please note that during US State / Federal Holidays and Seasonal Holidays, processing times may be a just a litle longer.

All items are IN-STOCK and ready to ship once you place your order.
RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are not in love with your new products- please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package and we’ll try to make it right! We want you to be happy with your stationary goodies. Please email us at lapetitecuteshop@gmail.com with your order number, date of purchase, name of product(s) for return and reason why you’re returning.
We are unfortunately, unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees for any returns, and at this time we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned order(s).
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the order, or any other mistake on your part - we will charge you a shipping fee before resending or refunding the order.

CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong item? Cancellations or adjustments will only be accepted within the first 12 hours after Customer places an order and the item has not been processed/USPS drop off. Likewise, if there is an inventory issue due to shop error and an item is out of stock or no longer available, a full refund will be issued promptly (possible shipping refund depending on weight of item) with an email notification.
DAMAGES
If you receive an item damaged from transit please contact us immediately. Please send us an email at lapetitecuteshop@gmail.com with an image of the item, your package, your order number, and contact information.
LOST PACKAGES
In very rare situations where a package is lost, La Petite Cute Shop will issue a full refund provided that shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. A package is deemed lost if it is not delivered within 60 days. You must contact us within 12 days after this time period, so that we can reship or refund your order.
